Does BOSS Marketing do any tangible goods?

No, we mainly focuses on the design portion of projects, giving clients print-ready files to send to desired printer.
Is the final print-ready file just a picture?

While you do get a picture render of the design, the primary print-ready file will either be Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), Print Ready Document (.pdf) or a combination of the three.
Does BOSS Marketing offer refunds?

No, as we offer free quotes and proposals, so the terms of a project are agreed upon before payment is due.
